In July 2001, the Naugatuck Chamber of Commerce and the Waterbury Regional Chamber signed an innovative partnership agreement to extend the benefits of membership between the two organizations.  The two chamber have partnered together to strengthen and advance the commercial, industrial, and civic interest of Naugatuck, Waterbury and the Greater Waterbury Area.

The Watertown-Oakville Chamber of Commerce is a division of the Waterbury Regional Chamber comprised of member businesses located in Watertown and Oakville.  This relationship provides the benefit of maintaining a local focus while enabling members to expand their business relationships within the Greater Waterbury Region.  The Board of Directors of the Watertown-Oakville Chamber meets monthly and develops a business agenda addressing the needs of businesses in the two towns.

The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Waterbury and the Waterbury Regional Chamber of Commerce created a partnership that enhances the benefits of both organizations.  The Hispanic Chamber is committed to serving the needs of the emergent Latino business community in the Greater Waterbury Region.  Working together, the two chambers will provide opportunities for entrepreneurial development and training that will enhance the economic vitality of the entire region.


Business Women's Forum
 

Featuring two amazing keynote speakers as well as your choice from eight workshops on pertinent topics. The day begins in the grand ballroom with morning speaker, followed by morning workshops that take place in break-out rooms. We then will return to the ballroom for lunch at 12:15 and our luncheon keynote address from 1:15 to 2:15 pm. After the keynote address we will break out into afternoon workshops. Everyone will return to the ballroom at around 4:00pm for our wrap-up reception. What better way to end a terrific day than with wine and cheese, a chocolate fountain and dozens of door prizes with wonderful items donated by local merchants?

Leadership Greater Waterbury

 

 

Leadership Greater Waterbury is a personal and career development program for future leaders who are committed to volunteer leadership and who aspire to roles of responsibility in civic, professional, and community organizations.

The goal of Leadership Greater Waterbury is to provide a creative, interactive learning environment for the participants to meet regional leaders and discuss the challenge that affect that region.

Participants are given a comprehensive overview of the economic, social and political challenges facings the region, and are introduced to the theories and practices of leadership through academic workshops, panel discussions and team building.
