 Membership Development Director

Responsible for promoting and selling the benefits of Chamber membership to the businesses within the Greater Waterbury Region, and for membership retention efforts. Liaison to all Leads Groups.

Communications Coordinator

Trish Donohue

Develops communications plans, message content and materials in support of the Chamber's goals, objectives and activities. Serves as the chamber's media relations coordinator and webmaster. Coordinates and develops print and electronic information distribution. Serves as liaison to the Chamber Toastmasters.

Coordinates major Chamber events. Solicits ad sales for membership directory and coordinates publication. Liaison to Small Business Council, W/O Chamber and  Naugatuck Chamber. Oversees Admin Assistant duties.

Design/illustrate all collateral print material for Chamber events and marketing. Communicates with service providers within the pool of Chamber members.

Supports Leadership Greater Waterbury and Health Care Council programs, Out for Business and Manufacturers' events. Coordinates radio show program. Supports general office activities.

 Administrative Assistant

Diana Drysdale

Provides administrative support for programs and coordinates registration for events such as monthly Business & Breakfast and Out for Business functions. Answers phones, greets guests, processes all mailings. Responsible for maintenance of meeting rooms.  Assists with inquiries from members and the general public.

 Public Policy & Economic Development Manager 

Jeff Rouleau

Provides assistance to the director for economic development projects, activities and programs. Serves as the first point of contact for business inquiries. Acts as a liaison between Waterbury businesses by identifying needs and coordinating appropriate services. Manages public policy initiatives, is liaison to public policy committee and all regional elected officials. Coordinates policy alerts and supports Chamber events.
